We are seeking passionate teaching artists who bring a variety of perspectives and skills to their planning and implementation. Compass Rose Theater’s Teaching Artists work for its after-school residency programs. There are also opportunities for weekend outreach and on-site workshops. Competitive salary will be offered.

Requirements:
A Bachelors of Arts degree in theatre, arts education or arts-related field. Teaching Artist experience is a must. Specific classes the Compass Rose Theater is hiring for include curriculum with heavy emphasis on Acting, Improvisation, Creative Exploration and/or Playwriting. Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license.
